Dashboard Module
The dashboard is a page that shows users an overview of account information. It is split in two categories:
- My account: shows all information belonging to the parent account
- Sub account: allows you to view all information belonging to specific sub accounts
My Account
Dashboard Header
The header includes action functions to control the dashboard displays and provide an overview of your account activity.
Data filter options:
User defined date range: choose from 'Today', '7 Days', '30 Days', 'Last 12 Months', or set 'Custom Dates'. Default range is 'Today'.
Note: Some sections display data only for the current billing month
Total SIMs / Sub Accounts
This section displays the total number of sub-accounts and SIM cards in your account, including their statuses. Quick-access buttons are provided for easy activation or purchase of additional SIMs.
- Ready SIMs: SIMs that have been successfully added to the platform and are ready for use. These SIMs have no network registration or activity and are not billable
- Active: SIMs that have had network activity (e.g., data usage, network registration, location update). These SIMs are billable for the current billing cycle.
- Suspended: SIMs that have been temporarily disabled, either manually or due to policy restrictions.
Account Summary
| Used SIMs | displays the number of SIMs that were connected to the network during the user-configured date range |
| Used IMSI’s | Displays the number of IMSIs that were connected to the network during the user configured date range |
| Data usage | Displays the total data used by all SIMs during the user configured date range |
Data Usage Displays
Data Usage Report: shows the combined data consumption of all SIMs within the selected time period.
Top Data Usage: highlights the top 5 ICCIDs with the highest data usage in the chosen timeframe.
Plan Summary
Provides an overview of usage for the current billing month, including total pool size, available data, active SIMs, and applicable charges. Expand a plan to view additional details such as used IMSIs, used SIMs, remaining data, access fees, and overage costs.
Pooled Plan Information
| Total Pool Size | Total data included in the pool. Only SIMs that have transmitted data contribute to the pool. |
| Actual Pool Available | Total MB remaining in the pool group |
| Overage | Total overage MB |
| Total SIMs | Total number of SIMs assigned to plans in the pool, regardless of status. |
| Used SIMs | Total SIMs that have made a network registration during the current billing period |
| Used IMSI | Total IMSIs used within the pool |
| Access Fee | Total Access fee for the SIMs in the pool. Only SIMs with a network registration are charged an access fee. |
| Overage Cost | Total charges for data exceeding the pool allowance. |
Sub Accounts Dashboard
The Sub Accounts Dashboard displays usage information for the selected sub-accounts.
Dashboard Filters
Select one or more sub-accounts and choose a date range to display the data.
Data Usage
Displays total data usage for the selected sub-accounts during the selected date range. The chart shows usage over time, while the summary chart displays the total usage by sub-account.
In-Use SIMs
Displays the number of SIMs that passed data during the selected date range. The chart shows in-use SIMs over time, while the summary chart displays the total by sub-account.
