Organization Module

The organization section is where you can edit your organization details and manage your sub accounts, tags and users. This section is split into 4 categories:

  • Account
  • Sub Accounts
  • Tags
  • Users

Account

In this section you can update your account profile information:

  • Account Name
  • Account profile picture
  • Company Details:  Tax Registration Number and Address

Sub Accounts

Simplify the organization and allocation of SIM cards by creating and managing sub-accounts. These accounts are primarily for organizational structuring. The main page presents index cards for each account, detailing the number of SIM cards assigned to them.

Creating a new sub account

To create an account follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the upper right corner and click 'Create New Account'
  • Enter the new account name
  • (Optional) Input VAT identification number
  • Select the currency 
  • Click Save. 

The newly created sub-account and its index card will now be visible on the Sub-Accounts page


Editing deleting a sub account

To modify or remove a sub-account, navigate to the 'Sub-Accounts' section located within the 'Organization' menu. Select the specific sub-account you want to edit by clicking on its corresponding index card.

After making the necessary adjustments, ensure to save your changes by clicking on the 'Update' button

Tags

Creating Tags:

  • Navigate to 'Organization > Tags' from the navigation bar.
  • On the Tags page, click “New Tag”
  • In the 'Add New Tag' dialog, input the Tag Name and click 'Apply'

Editing Tags:

  • Click the 'More Options' button (three dots) next to the tag you want to edit.
  • Enter the new tag name.
  • Click 'Apply' to save changes.

Deleting Tags

To delete a tag, click the 'More Options' button (three dots) next to the relevant tag.

Select 'Delete' from the options

Users

In this section, admin users can create additional users who will have access to their organization account or any created sub-accounts.

Creating a user

  • Navigate to 'Organization > Users' from the navigation bar. This will open the Users page, displaying a complete list of users.
  • Click on the 'Add New User' button located in the top right corner. This action will open the 'Add User' dialog.
  • Fill in each field. Use the dropdown arrows to select the specific 'Account' and 'Role Type' for the new user.
  • Click 'Save' to complete the user addition process."

User Roles

User Role Description
Account Owner This role is created during account creation. Has complete authority to create, modify, and delete all resources and activities tied to their account.
Admin Has complete authority to create, modify, and delete all resources and activities tied to their account.
User Granted view-only access to the dashboard and organization module. In the SIMs module, they can view all content with restricted actions limited to adding labels and activating/suspending SIMs. They have permission to view and edit settings, and to view support
Support Granted access to the following modules: 'Organization Users' with view-only permissions, and 'SIMs' with all actions enabled except setting or changing plans. They have the authority to view and edit settings, as well as access to view support features.
Sub Admin Admin users within a sub account have extended privileges. They possess the capability to create and edit tags, manage users, and alter SIM statuses, all within the scope of their designated sub account
Sub User Standard users within a sub account are granted 'view-only' rights, meaning they can only access data specific to their sub account.

Edit/ Reset Password

  • To edit or reset a user's password, click the 'More' menu button (three dots) located on the right side of the user's name on the Users page. This will display the user's action options

  • Choose 'Edit' or 'Reset Password'. You will be redirected to the User Information page.
  • Make the necessary edits and click 'Save'.

Deleting a User

  • To remove a user, click the 'More' menu button on the right side of the user's name on the Users page.
  • Select 'Delete'. A confirmation dialog for 'Delete User' will appear.

  • Click 'OK' to confirm. The user will be successfully deleted from the system.
