Coverage Flex Plans

Coverage Overview

Velocity Flex plans are grouped by coverage region. Choose the group that matches where your devices will operate:

Global- Flex Plans (Flex, Flex+, Flex IoT, Flex+ IoT) provide global coverage across the countries listed in the detailed coverage table below.

USA- Flex USA Plans (Flex USA, Flex USA IoT) provide coverage in the United States only, and include access to all three major US carriers.

North America- Flex NA Plans (Flex NA, Flex NA IoT) provide coverage across North America: the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

The plans a SIM can use depend on how it was ordered. Global (GL) SIMs support the Flex global plans, while North America (NA) SIMs support the Flex USA and Flex NA plans. Be sure to order the SIM SKU that matches the coverage you need. See How to Order a SIM for the correct ordering codes.

Coverage and Networks available are subject to IMSI setup. Custom plans may affect pricing and coverage.

Countries marked with * may require an additional IMSI update for extended usage

Plan Names are changing from ONeRATE to Flex. Changes in the platform will take effect on July 1st .
