Billing Reports

View your monthly billing summary by selecting an Account and Month.

The platform utilizes the 1024 Unit Converter for data usage values, meaning that 1 GB (gigabyte) equals 1024 MB (megabyte), 1 MB equals 1024 KB (kilobyte), and so on.

Only active ICCIDs contribute to the MB allowance for the pool

Use the Account and Month filters to view a specific billing report. You can also Export the report or Print Invoice when it is available.

Note Billing is completed by the 16th of each month, and invoices will be available for printing from that date onwards.

Adding Discount Code

If you have a discount code, enter it in the field provided and select Apply.

Payment Information

In this section you can update your method of payment and view your billing history.

Update Payment Method

To update your payment method, click the 'Update Payment Method' button located at the top right of the page. Then, enter your new card details and billing address, and click 'Update' to finalize the changes.

Billing History

To view your billing history, click the 'View Billing History' button located in the top right corner. This section displays transaction dates, descriptions, service periods, payment methods, and total costs. You also have the option to download invoices for your records.
