Step 1: Are you a Flex or Enterprise User?
Flex Users: Self-Service Platform
Our Flex platform is built for speed and simplicity.
Create your account, register SIMs, choose plans, and apply trial discount codes — all in one place.
Whether you purchased SIMs from a distributor or directly from us, you can get connected in minutes.
Enterprise: Managed Deployment
Our Enterprise platform is designed for large-scale deployments. Setup is fully managed by your Velocity IoT onboarding team.
This guide outlines the basic steps for both paths.

Flex Users: Self-Service Setup
Create your account
Go to velocityiot.net and register using your email.
Register SIMs & select plan
Enter your ICCID located on your SIM card and select your plan. You can also bulk upload ICCIDs.
Once this is done your account registration is complete.
Before you start using your SIMs make sure your device is set up correctly
Device Configuration
- Insert your SIM card
- Set the APN to flolive.net
- Ensure that the device is set as data centric and roaming is enabled
Enterprise User Setup
Your sales rep will help coordinate your account setup and onboarding
Account Setup
You will receive an email prompting you to complete your registration.
SIMs
Your SIMs will already be allocated to your account.
Device Configuration
Before you start using your SIMs make sure you follow the device configuration steps
- Insert your SIM to your device
- Set the APN to flolive.net
- Ensure that the device is set as data centric and roaming is enabled
