Flex Plans and Pooling
Plans
Each plan name below is a separate pool group (Flex IoT, Flex+ IoT, Flex USA IoT, Flex NA IoT, Flex, Flex+, Flex USA, and Flex NA).
The groups fall into two families based on the rate-plan tiers they offer. Every group in the Flex IoT family shares the same tiers, and every group in the Flex family shares the same tiers.
Data pools only within a single group, never across groups (see Data Pooling Advantage below).

Data Pooling Advantage:
Pooling happens within a plan group, never across groups. Each SIM pools only with other SIMs on the exact same plan group. For example:
- Flex pools only with Flex
- Flex+ pools only with Flex+
- Flex IoT pools only with Flex IoT
- Flex+ IoT pools only with Flex+ IoT
- Flex USA pools only with Flex USA
- Flex USA IoT pools only with Flex USA IoT
- Flex NA pools only with Flex NA
- Flex NA IoT pools only with Flex NA IoT
Pooling works across different rate plans within the same group. For example, a Flex IoT 1 MB plan will pool with a Flex IoT 10 MB plan, because both belong to the Flex IoT group. A Flex IoT plan will not pool with a Flex, Flex+, or Flex+ IoT plan, even on the same account.
Shared Data Across SIMs : Every SIM in a group contributes its data allowance to a single shared pool that all SIMs in the group draw from. Only active SIMs, meaning those registered to the network during the billing cycle, are charged, so only active SIMs contribute to the shared pool.
Overage Charges: Once a group's total pooled allowance is used, additional data for that group is billed at overage rates. To avoid extra costs, monitor each pool's usage and, if needed, change plans before the end of the billing cycle (the last day of the month).
Billing Policy:
Activity-Based Billing: You are billed only for SIMs that are active within a billing month, meaning those registered to the network during the billing cycle. If a SIM is not registered to the network during the month, it is inactive and incurs no charges.
Data Usage and Notifications:
Stay in control of your data usage with our dual-layer protection. If a SIM exceeds three times its allocated data allowance, it will be automatically suspended to protect you from unforeseen charges. Additionally, you will receive proactive notifications as you approach your data limit, ensuring you can manage your usage effectively and avoid surprises.
